About Lacock:

Lacock Dairy produces high-quality Gelato from the creamy sweet milk of the Selves Farm dairy herd.

Selves Farm is situated in the beautiful Wiltshire village of Lacock, and the Gelato is produced on the farm itself. Handmade by a small team of just three people!

Gelato is different from ice cream for these reasons:

• It uses more milk than cream.

• It is churned slower to ensure less air.

• It has a smoother texture.

• It has less added sugar.
